On 17 Feb 2021, President Biden revoked Trump’s 2017 Executive Order 13801 (Expanding Apprenticeships in America). That EO said, part:
It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to provide more affordable pathways to secure, high-paying jobs by promoting apprenticeships (defined, essentially, as work-study arrangements) and effective workforce development programs, while easing the regulatory burden on such programs and reducing or eliminating taxpayer support for ineffective workforce development programs.
So, Biden revoked it and replaced it with what? — NOTHING. One week later he revoked:
-> Core Principles for Regulating the United States Financial System
-> Reducing Poverty in America by Promoting Opportunity and Economic Mobility
-> Delegation of Certain Authority Under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute
-> Regulatory Relief To Support Economic Recovery
-> Reviewing Funding to State and Local Government Recipients of Federal Funds That Are Permitting Anarchy, Violence, and Destruction in American Cities
-> Promoting Beautiful Federal Civic Architecture
-> Ensuring Democratic Accountability in Agency Rulemaking
In all cases these actions of Trump are replaced with NOTHING. One can but wonder what the replacements will eventually be.
